Journal of Family and Child Health is a monthly multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to professionals involved in the health and wellbeing of children and their families.
Formerly Journal of Health Visiting and British Journal of Child Health, Journal of Family and Child Health was launched to support the broad range of professionals caring for children aged 0–19 and the clinical areas covered in their daily practice. The journal includes articles on public health, mental health and wellbeing, safeguarding, and special and complex needs. It provides a mix of clinical reviews, original research, best practice articles and short reports on topical issues. Experts in the field also publish commentaries on a variety of issues currently affecting practitioners.
