GatewayC provides accessible, innovative, and tailored information to support early cancer detection and diagnosis. We do this through a variety of quality educational resources to meet a range of learning styles.
We’re an integral part of the NHS Long Term Plan to detect more cancers at stages 1 and 2 by 2028
Funded by NHS England, NHS Scotland and Health Education and Improvement Wales we provide free, evidence-based educational resources for all primary care staff and students. All our resources are aligned to national guidance and are updated regularly to ensure clinical accuracy.
We are based at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester, the largest single site cancer centre in Europe, and a part of The Christie Institute of Cancer Education. We are supported by Cancer Research UK, Macmillan Cancer Support and other national cancer charities.
