The Institute of General Practice Management (IGPM) is the only professional body solely dedicated to representing managers working within general practice across the United Kingdom.  They work alongside Government bodies, NHS England, national NHS organisations, and key healthcare stakeholders to ensure the voice of practice management is represented in national conversations, policy development, and the future direction of primary care

The IGPM accreditation scheme is open to managers working within general practice who have more than two years’ experience, recognising professionalism, leadership, and commitment to the sector.  As a not-for-profit organisation, all income generated by the IGPM is reinvested into advancing, supporting, and strengthening the practice management profession.
