Menopause and Arthritis

A session looking at the connections between menopause and arthritis, considering both the commonalties in symptoms and how to support the management of arthritis during the menopause.

Learning outcomes:

·       Increased understanding of the menopause.

·       Understand how menopause affects the MSK system.

·       Increased understanding of menopause as a trigger point for arthritis and MSK conditions.

·       Increased understanding of the links between Menopause and arthritis and MSK conditions.

·       Increased awareness of support and resources available.
