This session explores how community services in Norfolk have introduced an antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) pathway to tackle rising antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in wound care. It will outline the key drivers behind developing the pathway, walk through its core components, and share how it was rolled out with the support and resources needed for successful adoption. Attendees will gain insight into the early benefits observed, as well as practical lessons to support implementation in other regions
