Dr. Amy Mechley, MD, FAAFP, FACLM, DipABLM, DipABFM Chair, International and American Board of Lifestyle Medicine Co-Founder, IFC Direct Primary Care Dr. Amy Mechley is a dual board-certified physician in Lifestyle and Family Medicine. As an entrepreneur, clinical consultant, and educator, she leads IFC Direct Primary Care in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she applies Lifestyle Medicine principles to enhance primary care. She has achieved the status of Lifestyle Medicine Intensivist. An international speaker, Dr. Mechley actively engages audiences through organizations such as the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She serves on the advisory board for Lifestyle Medicine Global Alliance. Her work is grounded in servant-leadership, focusing on innovative solutions to healthcare challenges. She has played a pivotal role in advising healthcare systems and designing population health initiatives, also currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for both the American and International Boards of Lifestyle Medicine.
