With over 35 years in primary care, Andrew specialises in leading teams through complex change with clarity, compassion, and practical know‑how. Andrew's career spans GP practices, PCNs, and GP federations, alongside partnering with NHS England and primary care organisations on Quality Improvement programmes that turn policy into meaningful frontline impact. As a coach and mentor, Andrew draws on deep operational experience to create honest, supportive spaces that challenge people to grow, build confidence, and navigate uncertainty. Andrew's approach blends strategic insight with a genuine understanding of the pressures and possibilities within modern primary care. Beyond work, Andrew fosters young people and actively champion Armed Forces veteran support. Andrew is also a facilitator for Andy’s Man Club, promoting men’s mental health and open conversations that save lives.
