Director, Locum Practice Manager (LPM)
Ben Scorer has over a decade of experience in NHS Primary Care, working across a wide range of non-clinical roles before becoming a Practice Manager in 2019. With a strong background in digital innovation and IT, Ben founded Perfect Your Practices to help GP practices enhance their digital systems. In addition to working directly with practices, Ben creates flexible online courses and practical tools for primary care teams, including the popular annual Returns Calendar, all of which are available through his website. Ben is now a Director with the Locum Practice Manager (LPM) and is keen to help support practices in whatever way he can. Outside of work, Ben is a busy parent, a church treasurer, and a fan of complex board games!
