Ryan Smith
Pharmacist and CEO, The Pharmacist Network Group and MORPh
Ryan is a Pharmacist and CEO of The Pharmacist Network Group, encompassing MORPh and The Pharmacist Network. His journey began in GP, with a range of roles across clinical service delivery and commissioning. He founded TPN and led its growth to the present day, employing over 300 members of staff and acquiring MORPh along the way in 2025. The group is one of the largest training providers in the NHS and provides a range of marketing, consultancy and patient facing services across the UK.
