Deb has worked a GP in Complex Care for the last 10 years. She works in the community as part of a multi-professional team who generally support older people with a person centred approach and a can do culture. She is the Honorary Secretary for the British Geriatrics Society and Vice President for Policy and also a frailty representative for the RCGP. She champions neighbourhood working and is enthusiastic about medicines management having developed the 'Show Me Your Meds Project'.
