Julie Van Onselen
Dermatology Lecturer Practitioner; Dermatology Clinical Nurse Specialist and Executive Committee Member, Primary Care Dermatology Society
Julie has been dermatology clinical nurse specialist for 30 years. Dermatology Education Partnership Ltd provides dermatology educational projects and training. Her current clinical work is in primary care dermatology and she has developed NHS services. Julie is the clinical adviser for The National Eczema Society (NES); and works with other PSGs. A health care writer who publishes health care journals; past editor of the BDNG Journal, Dermatological Nursing; and an honorary university lecturer (QMUL and Oxford Brooks). Julie is a Primary Care Dermatology Society (PCDS) committee member and works on national projects. Julie is passionate about improving care for people with skin conditions through developing educational initiatives for both healthcare professionals and patients.
