Dr Ana is a GP and MSK national trainer for Versus Arthritis. He has a masters in Sports Medicine and over a decade of medical experience ranging from work with the British military, Public Health England to work as a senior doctor in the Commonwealth games Wimbledon tennis and the London Marathon.
