Dr Raymond Ladele (MBBS, MSc, MRCGP, PgDip Diabetes) is a GP with extended roles in diabetes and a leading voice in primary care diabetes across Coventry and Warwickshire. He sits on the Diabetes Prescribing Group and the ICB Diabetes System Clinical Network, and Co‑Chairs the Coventry Diabetes Virtual MDT, working closely with secondary care colleagues to reduce unnecessary referrals and improve outcomes for people living with diabetes. Dr Ladele also provides specialist private GP, diabetes, and weight‑management clinics at Dr Finlay’s Private Practice. He serves as Associate Medical Director for the Coventry & Rugby GP Alliance, is a Diabetes UK Clinical Champion, and an advisory board member for Diabetes Africa. A regular educator and speaker, he will be presenting at the Primary Care Show Birmingham on the 8 Care Processes offering practical, actionable insights for frontline clinicians.
