A former HR Consultant, Robyn is now Managing Partner at Kingswood Health Centre in Bristol and a founding Director of the Institute of General Practice Management. She implemented online total triage with Reception-led care navigation at her practice in 2024. She also provides HR support and advice to IGPM Members and runs monthly HR Clinics with the team at Practice Index.
