Dual Registered Dermatology Nurse and Podiatrist, Greater Manchester Community Dermatology
Sarah is an experienced healthcare professional with over 25 years in primary, secondary, and private care settings. Her career spans roles as a Nurse, Health Technology Nurse Specialist, and Podiatrist with a specialist interest in dermatology. She completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Dermatology at the University of South Wales in 2022, focusing her thesis on photodynamic therapy for mycotic nails. In 2026, following completion of a Return to Practice course at Manchester Metropolitan University, she achieved dual registration as a Dermatology Nurse and Podiatrist with special interest in Dermatology (NMC/HCPC). Sarah is co-chair of the Dermatology in Podiatry Specialist Advisory Group for the Royal College of Podiatry and led the development of the CUBED App and research project, a melanoma referral support tool for Podiatrists. She is committed to continuous professional development and regularly contributes to dermatology education and practice.
