Sophia is a Managing Partner and Primary Care leader with extensive experience across general practice and system-level transformation. Sophia has a passion for supporting practices to deliver sustainable, high-quality care via PCN's, locality and neighbourhood. Alongside operational leadership, Sophia collaborates with Ardens university to support curriculum development and future leaders, and holds an MBA, bringing a strong strategic and organisational perspective to her work. With a particular interest in service improvement, access, and patient engagement, Sophia specialises in supporting practices to navigate complex change. At the Primary Care Show, she will be speaking on managing change and reducing DNAs, sharing practical, real-world approaches that can be implemented across primary care settings.
