Steve has been a GP for more than 30 years, with a long standing interest in medical education and respiratory care. He has had consistent involvement with the Primary Care Respiratory Society (currently Policy Lead, and on the PCRS Executive Committee) the British Thoracic Society (Education committee and Specialist Advisory Group for Cough) RCGP (supporting the college on several national bodies) as well as enjoying his clinical work, educational work across boundaries and ICB work. He has more than 300 publications to his name and remains passionate about the importance and value of good care for our patients - and the importance of good primary care.
