Locum Practice Manager
Tracy has been a Primary Care Manager since 2003 working in Practice, Business and Primary Care Network Manager roles. She has extensive healthcare management experience in general practice, primary care, secondary care and the voluntary sector. Tracy is currently working as a locum Practice Business Manager in West Yorkshire. She was previously employed as a salaried Practice Manager for nearly 18 years. She also delivers training in all aspects of primary care. Her main areas of interest are workforce development, collaborative working, optimising the use of IT systems, improving efficiencies and streamlining work processes. Tracy is a trustee for Calderdale Carers Project, an Inspiring the Future volunteer and an advocate for the support and care of our military veterans.
