Over that time, she has seen the role evolve and understands first‑hand the pressures and realities PMs face every day. As well as the day job, Jennie speaks on all aspects of Practice Management, with a particular focus on supporting fellow managers and strengthening PM resilience. She is known for being practical, honest, and grounded - sharing real experiences, useful strategies, and a genuine commitment to helping PMs feel more confident and supported in their roles. Her sessions aim to make people feel understood, equipped, and a little less alone in the challenges of modern primary care.
