Professional registration is required. Complimentary attendance is reserved for UK-based healthcare professionals who hold current registration with an appropriate UK professional regulator. Registrations may be checked to confirm eligibility.
Eligibility

Who cannot attend?

Complimentary visitor passes are reserved for eligible, professionally registered healthcare professionals who live and work in the United Kingdom.

  • Members of the public

    The event is not open to patients, carers or members of the general public.

  • Professionals based outside the UK

    Complimentary passes are not available to professionals who live or practise outside the United Kingdom.

  • Unregistered students

    Students and trainees who do not yet hold current UK professional registration are not eligible.

  • Commercial representatives

    Suppliers, recruiters, sales and marketing professionals cannot attend unless exhibiting or approved in advance.

All registrations are subject to approval.

Evidence of professional registration, employment or a UK-based clinical role may be requested. Registrations that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be cancelled. Alternatively, you may be required to purchase a commercial delegate ticket, priced at £600.

Students and trainees

Students and trainees may attend where they already hold current registration with a recognised UK healthcare regulator.

Eligible to attend

Registered healthcare professionals undertaking further training or professional development may be eligible.

  • GP trainees
  • Registered nurses completing advanced training
  • Registered pharmacists completing clinical qualifications
  • Registered allied health professionals in further training

Not eligible to attend

Students who have not yet achieved professional registration are not eligible for a complimentary visitor pass.

  • Pre-registration nursing students
  • Pre-registration pharmacy students
  • Pre-registration allied health students
Evidence may be requested. Please register using your professional or NHS email address where possible. Evidence of your current registration or training position may be required before your pass is approved.
